What We Do
But we don't just sell stuff! We are wellness coaches and our job is to help you. Yet you are a three part being - psychical, emotional and mentally (and spiritually but hey ... that's your own choice!) - so we try and help you in three ways:
 Physically - we give free advice to improve your wellness. We personally tailor a program to suit your bodies nutritional needs whether that is weight loss, fitness, energy, healing or just general well being
 Emotionally - we give free advice to help you feel better ... emotionally. When you change your body in a positive way, it is not uncommon for old feelings and old habits to resurface and they can make you feel bad. We give you tools and processes to help you stay happy as your body changes.
 Mentally - we give free advice to help you "change your mind". Most un-wellness in the body is exacerbated or even created by negative thinking. The stress, worry, guilt, anger, depression, fear, etc that negative thinking creates then causes the bodies natural bio-mechanical energy system to shut down and you get unwell or "sick". So, we give free advice to help people resolve negative thinking and maintain positive thought-action-feeling.
